Digital Marketing Officer, Visit Derry
Donna Roddy is the Digital Marketing Officer for Visit Derry. She is responsible for shaping the organisation’s digital strategy and bolstering its online presence and maximising digital opportunities to market the destination in national and international markets. Most recently she has worked on a campaign to utilise screen tourism in the city through the hit-TV show Derry Girls. Boasting more than 17 years’ experience in the communications industry, she is shaping Visit Derry’s online presence, creating meaningful and engaging content to entice visitors to the historic Walled City. She recently worked on a project alongside Derry City and Strabane District Council to bring the city’s 400-year-old Walls to life through an augmented reality app, Walls Alive.
