Joanne Farnon leads the Social Media Strategy for An Post. Since July 2020, Joanne is tasked to not only drive brand engagement & sentiment through An Post’s social media channel portfolio but also to drive the social conversation and demonstrate how An Post’s is living out its brand purpose. With both a BA & MBS from DCU, Joanne has over 20 years digital & social media experience, rolling out her first social media campaign as far back as 2010 when Joanne headed up Social Media for AIB. Joanne has worked across both Financial Services and the Hospitality sector before taking on the world of the Postal & Retail industry , her most exciting role yet!
